We have many areas in which assistance is needed. Please call the tournament office at 843-842-7711 for information. We staff many of our volunteer positions with members representing the children's charities we benefit. If you would like to volunteer on behalf of an organization, please call that group directly.

We will host a volunteer orientation and training sessions on August 25 at 6:00 p.m. at our Host Hotel, The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa and request that all volunteers attend.

Registration

Welcome our guests and provide information throughout tournament weekend.
Help is needed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Hours could range from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Selling Souvenirs/Raffle Tickets

We are at the Bluffton Farmers Market each week and various locations throughout tournament weekend selling souvenirs and Golf Balls for the Inaugural Golf Ball Drop!

Transportation

Providing transportation to the celebrities, select sponsors and run tournament errands. Tournament vehicles are provided by Key Auto Mall. Drivers must be properly licensed and must be physically able to assist as needed (i.e. assist with baggage)
Help is needed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday of tournament week. Hours could range from 6 a.m. - midnight.

Food & Beverage Attendant

Serve Food & Beverage on course to Celebrities & Sponsors
Help is needed Friday, Saturday & Sunday of tournament week. Hours range from 7:30 a.m. - tournament conclusion (approximately 2:30)

Food & Beverage Support

Food stations are set at various locations on course. Assistance is needed in setting the stations, managing inventory throughout the day, taking down the stations and moving to the next course.
Help is needed Friday, Saturday & Sunday of tournament week. Hours range from 6:30 a.m. - tournament conclusion (approximately 2:30)

Signage

Assistance is needed to put signs up and take down on course and at clubhouse.
Help is needed Friday, Saturday & Sunday of tournament week. Hours range from 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. & at tournament conclusion (approximately 2:30 - 4:30)

Tournament Set Up

Assist in course set up: tents, tables, cooler placement, etc.

Touranment Tear Down

Assist in course tear down: tents, tables, cooler placement, etc. Also will move equipment to the next golf course.
Help is needed Friday, Saturday & Sunday of tournament week. Hours range from 1:30 p.m. - approximately 5:30 p.m.

Golf Club Handling

Check in golf clubs at the end of each round and load into truck.
Help is needed Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday of tournament week. Hours range from approximately 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
